At Turnabout Luxury Resale, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every designer find; however, due to the unique nature of authenticated luxury consignment, items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm eligibility.

• 2.
  Secure the Security Tag

  Ensure the original Turnabout security tag remains intact and attached to the item; we cannot accept returns if this tag has been removed or tampered with.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item securely in its original packaging along with all dust bags and authenticity cards, then ship it back to our processing center using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Credit

  Once our luxury experts verify the item's condition matches our records, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price to your email.
